I will never order from this place again and it makes me extremely sad that I had 15, 10 year old children without any snacks at my sons birthday party. I also asked for the owners phone number email and she said they had no such thing and the owners never come in and there’s never a manager there. The man that they called the night before said the ovens get turned off at closing time so in case anybody walks in she told me the ovens get turned off at a half an hour before closing time. I called the next day and spoke to Daniela who laughed at me on the phone and told me a different story than the other people told me about when the ovens got turned off. They refuse to give me a refund because I didn’t have the credit card with me or offer any help.
We were going to my son‘s 10th birthday party directly from there.
When we showed up the two workers that were there we’re playing on their phones the place was dirty and they didn’t offer to help in anyway. Nobody called and asked why we didn’t show up the day before to pick up the pretzel tray, or the day after even though it was fully paid for. After going in to pick up a pretzel tray that I ordered 2 1/2 weeks prior and paid for from this pretzel factory in Eatontown New Jersey I was surprised to find out that they had made it the day before.
